fanlisting
According to TFL, a fanlisting is "a place for all fans of a particular show, movie, actor, actress, singer, etc. to come together and build the biggest listing of people from all around the world who are fans of that subject.". So, it's just exactly what it says: a list of fans. Maybe you think it isn't a specially useful thing... But isn't something good showing to the world your devotion and love for a determinate character, actor, book or whatever? So, this is what you do when you join a fanlisting. And, of course, you can always have the chance to meet other people who like the same you do... and that's always a great thing :)
If you're interested in knowing still more about the fanlistings, check any of both fanlisting networks for more information: The Fanlistings Network / The Anime Fanlistings Network
why
Wild Arms 3 is one of the RPG's I've played and liked the most. At first sight, I loved the graphics - I thought they were very cute ^_^ But as I played, I fell in love with all the characters, even the evil ones (they're all great considering they're the bad guys ;)). And I loved the whole story as well, though it was a little... difficult to understand at certain points, specially all the stuff about Beatrice ^^; It's been a few months already since I ended the game and I can't wait to play it again, because I enjoyed it so much. And I suppose you also love it if you're here, so, why don't you join ^^?
I've named the fanlisting "A coincidence is part of fate" because it's something Virginia says in some point near the end of the game... and I thought it was perfect to be the FL's title. After all, the four characters met by, apparently, a coincidence; but it wasn't a coincidence at all, because they were the only people able to fight against the demons, saving Filgaia and restoring people lost memories, so the planet can be again as once was..

The scripts this site uses are Enthusiast (by Angela) to manage the fanlisting and NL-PHPmail (by Sasha) for the contact form.
The fonts I've used... Georgia everywhere but in the site subtitle, the The Wild Arms 3 fanlisting bit. There I've used Palace Script MT.
As for the layout image, I took it some time ago from Naïmoka, a great page that is definitely worth a visit if you're looking for some beautiful artwork from video games and manga series <3
